Because they gave me the appointment, I still can't understand it, once at the Mica clinic and after waiting a while, they tell me that they are not going to do it for me. Review from a client who was there today 11/17/2023 so that it doesn't happen to any other children!!! I will comment on what happened to us today!! In the SANITAS DENTAL center on SANTA CLARA street. My son and I went to the appointment I had, today at 11 am. And before I start... I want to say that my son is 6 years old, he is very very very nervous and when he is nervous he shakes a lot... We arrived at the establishment... we arrived 15 minutes early... And as soon as I entered, my son started crying... and was shaking with nerves. The lady came out, yes that's how you can call it, she saw my son and told him, cry whatever you want here!! In the waiting room but inside noooo!! He said it in a tone that obviously made my son more nervous. And after that he told me that I won't be able to enter with him... I just didn't say it, and we continued waiting. After 15/20 minutes the (lady) came for my son... obviously I came in, and while we were going to the office she said it will be the same... between you or anyone. (He said it with a tone like come on...) I didn't like it, and my son was getting more and more nervous. We arrived, they sat my son down...and like every child...nervous!! When he was 6 years old he started crying again... and at first it was normal... but the professionalism is that that's what you can call him... he was in a bad mood, I don't think I know... It didn't even take 3 minutes... and I already spoke badly to my son... I told him that it can't be like that... that he doesn't have to cry... and obviously I was trying to calm him down. Anyway, it was time to administer the anesthesia, so it was worse...my son saw it...and again he didn't want to let it be administered... And the "professional" was increasingly irritable. And he said that I didn't do anything to you, you're already crying again etc etc... Well, we got him to open his mouth...for anesthesia. While I was putting it on my very very nervous son...he screamed...a good scream... To which the ASSISTANT was Spanish, I honestly don't know what she was doing...at the table whose back was turned to us... And he turned around and approached my son... and gave him a good hit... HE GAVE HIM A GOOD PUNCH in the stomach.. And the moment he hit him...he told him Making voices... HEYEEEE HEY HE HAS DONE NOTHING TO YOU, he should keep quiet among other things!!! And I SAY hit because I heard the moment I hit him with that stiff and cold hand (by God, it is the hand of an adult and not a child, so as not to feel pain) 😞 in his stomach... it sounded like a drum .. and that's when I saw my son more nervous than normal and shaking more. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL, BECAUSE THESE ARE NOT WAYS TO QUIET A CHILD... THEY MAKE IT WORSE. which made me so angry and helpless... I told her... You didn't need to do that.. He's a CHILD!!! and he told me... I didn't do anything to your son... And of course he did it to me...and he did it super soft...I know what I saw and heard.... And the anger, well, I also cried..!!! And of course we were half arguing and I don't know who came in... I guess it was the boss... He has to tell us... Especially my son!!! Don't shout anymore!! If he screams again...they won't welcome us in that establishment anymore. It gave me so much courage...!!!! I didn't say more...that my son was getting more nervous... And let everyone know this!! And don't trust!!! At first they treat well...but then they are fatal!!! Returning to the topic of the assistant, she was Spanish!!!! I say this because it is not the first time that my son went for the same issue... He had previously had a tooth extracted... And the assistant was a Latina and the treatment was great, everything was very good. Along with another girl who performed the pulpotomy... those girls were professionals... But now... the assistant who wears glasses and is about 45 years old is blonde... He gave us very bad treatment. I only felt helplessness 😟 Please...don't take the children there... They don't treat them well.
